Preliminary Verification
CMS Internet offers an optional preliminary verification process to assist government agencies in determining whether relevant customer data may be available prior to submitting formal legal process.

Requests for preliminary verification can be sent to legal@cmsinter.net and should include sufficient identifying details to facilitate a meaningful response.

Emergency Requests
For situations involving an immediate threat to life, serious physical harm, or injury, CMS Internet evaluates emergency disclosure requests in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8).

Non-Emergency Requests
For any non-emergency requests, CMS Internet requires binding legal process, such as a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other enforceable mandate, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2703 and applicable state laws.
Private Party Requests
CMS Internet does not respond to informal requests from attorneys, private litigants, or individuals. All non-government requests must be accompanied by valid court-issued legal process, such as a subpoena or court order.
