What to Include in Your Report
Please provide the following information:

The phone number from which you are calling.

The phone number(s) you are attempting to reach.

Date and time of the blocked call(s).

A description of the issue you are experiencing.

Any relevant documentation supporting your claim.

Our Response Process

We will provide a status update within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.

We will resolve disputes within a reasonable time.

If we determine that calls were blocked in error or that the call delivery decision was not appropriate, we will promptly cease the call treatment for your number.

There is no charge for reporting, investigating, or resolving call blocking error complaints.
