How to Report an issue

To report a call blocking error or dispute caller ID authentication information, please use our contact form:

What to Include in Your Report

Please provide the following information:

  • The phone number from which you are calling.

  • The phone number(s) you are attempting to reach.

  • Date and time of the blocked call(s).

  • A description of the issue you are experiencing.

  • Any relevant documentation supporting your claim.

Our Response Process

  • We will provide a status update within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.

  • We will resolve disputes within a reasonable time.

  • If we determine that calls were blocked in error or that the call delivery decision was not appropriate, we will promptly cease the call treatment for your number.

  • There is no charge for reporting, investigating, or resolving call blocking error complaints.
