What is covered:
Physical Damage: If your modem, antenna, cable or mounting hardware is damaged by any means (with the exception of an obvious direct lightening strike) the equipment will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer

What is NOT covered:
IMPORTANT: The Warranty and Protection Plan DO NOT cover service calls where equipment is powered off, unplugged or improperly plugged in. It also does not cover issues related to your personal computer or home network. If your line is cut from digging without proper Miss Dig markings from CMS, any costs associated with repairing the line are the responsibility of the customer.
