DSL Outage – Network Upgrade – Friday the 5th – 12:01 AM-3:00 AM
On the early morning of Friday February 5th between the hours of 12:01am and 3:00am, CMS will be upgrading software on DSL and T1 access routers.
This maintenance will be service affecting for CMS DSL and T1 customers, as well as broadband wireless customers in and near Breckenridge and Ithaca.
Customers experiencing problems after the maintenance window may need to cycle power on DSL/wireless modems and routers.

What is unplugging the computer doesn’t work? Our household cannot be without internet connection all weekend, we have high school and college students that depend on the internet for school work and of course communication with friends and family. what is T1 and does this go for dial-up? This tech support that your doing on friday.

A T-1 is a high speed business type line, if you have dialup with us you will not be effected by the changes.
